Doctors are so good, but the receptionist have bad experience, now I’m leaving their Medical Clinic due to their unprofessional services,  I did a walked in last week cuz I have a back and shoulder pain and one of them  said sorry it’s fully booked even walk ins, I called again to book an appointment today at 8am coz they told me call earlier, no luck as she said I will text you when we have a Doctor to see you. Can you imagined how I’m suffered from my back and shoulder pain and I am working  Man noti even once.  This rating stars is for the Doctors

Worst family medical clinic you can get enrolled in. Been memebers for years, finally had enough. Receptionist think they are the doctors  memebers need atleast 2 weeks advance booking and babies are never prioritized. Instead, they start giving you suggestions where to go. Happy to move away from this medical center.

Good drs at this centre but you can NEVER get an appointment. Just called for my little boy and told nothing all week, it's only Tuesday. Adv to do the walk in. Really need more drs here. It's impossible to plan when your child is sick. Really get sick of being told there's no appointments available. Huge let down

Doctors are so good and kind but the receptionists are so rude and no customer service experience everytime i call for an appointment the response is no appointments for the whole week than where should we go this is my usual doctors .It is so unprofessional i must say.  Something must be done about these manners.

Big thank you to Rachel and Michelle for taking my concerns into consideration and keeping in contact with me to provide an excellent solution. Wasn't an easy process to begin with but they went above and beyond for me.

Outstanding service, amazing doctors, always willing to listen and take the time to make me and my family feel reassured, they never make you feel the pressure they must all be under at the moment with Covid19 exploding. Can't recommend highly enough and also when I needed a copy of a specialist referral letter for my daughter I had it shortly after my request - talk about exceeding expectations.

Had a very bad ear infection, got appointment over the phone the first time and was prescribed ear drops, nothing worked so went back again and specifically asked if my ears can be physically seen so parked up before my appointment time and waited over an hour only for a phone appointment, asked the doctor to look and he finally came out and looked, just said I had a bad infection and prescribed antibiotic pills instead. Finished the course of antibiotics and my ears worsened to a point where my ear had started to swell and close. Decided to go elsewhere and ear doctor advised me I needed my ears to be drained every week as infection was spreading and prescribed me stronger ear drops which now have fully healed. This wouldn't of happened if doctors did a thorough examine instead of a quick look in the entrance of the medical center. Ear doctor was shocked my ears didn't permanently block from the infection. Will be enrolling else where.

Was seen through the walkin and have chosen to register, absolute lovely service by both reception both over the phone and in the clinic. Very welcoming, kind and understanding! Doctor Elizabeth Edgar was awesome. Highly recommend this clinic. It’s great to note, that I currently work at another medical clinic centre! So hope this review stands for how impressed I was with the service.

Talk about being impressed! I contacted the reception team yesterday regarding a query I had over a pre-departure Covid-19 test certificate for a forthcoming trip to the UK. The receptionist, Shelly, had to get additional information and she called me back within 30 minutes. And today, I have just received a text message to advise that they have been looking out for the results of yesterday's test so that a certificate could be provided for me. The nurse, Brittany, has also been great with her helpfulness and support. Bloody brilliant! THANK YOU

I wouldn't say this place is the best , but atleast few staff at the front like Palavi makes it happening .The empathetic approach she has towards her  patients and finding a solution toward of our concerns are commendable. While saying there are few so rude over the phone ,and forget at times that we are in need for medical care not for anything else.
