Dr Stephen Chang is Amazing, such a caring & knowledgeable doctor. Ive since moved overseas but still recommend Leabank Medical Centre to family & friends. All the drs & reception are amazing.
Had my first consultation with them and Dr. Meg Yen is very nice. You'll feet at ease during the entire duration. Very informative as well. Everyone behind the front desk is very friendly too. I think this will be my home GP
Have been with these doctors and nurses most of my life and my children's also. Have a great repour with the staff. Very happy and friendly. Great listeners and has the right treatment. Also I loved seeing the students there to learn from the doctors. Have left to Hamilton since but enjoyed our time there.
Doc didn't want to remove a wart on my sons fingure because he was under 10yrs old. Really??? Anyway a good frnd recommended Dr Albahadly Medical. Called and asked and booked appt for my autistic son for the following day. The nurse and doc there helped calm my son down. They were so caring and professional. Anyway, on that same day we changed doc, Leabank sent me a msg, saying they have booked another appt for my son to see a dif doc. Sorry but no thanks.
Super grateful I changed doctors!!! Receptionists are super friendly and I was so surprised when she picked up the phone after the third ring! I felt confident to go in and sign up and whilst she was helping me she answered the phone and asked the caller to please hold - i wish my old doctors knew how to do that! Not only was the customer service great from phone service to face to face but Dr. Thilanka was amazing! She listened to all my problems, asked straight to the point questions and then she took her time to explain all the possible reasons for why I was sick, what medications shes subscribing me and HOW it would help! I was blown away at the amount of details because no doctor has taken the time to generally listen and help in a way where she didnt make me feel dumb at all but simply to help me understand what shes giving me, how it would help and if I had any questions! After I left the doctors I also recieced a call and text for my results within 2days of my doctors visit!!! I dont get ANY of that with my old doctors. I just get a text telling me to go in - AGAIN. To waste another $15 just to be told my results! SO GRATEFUL TO LEABANK HEALTH CARE!! Will be bringing my family over as well.
I love this health centre, but apart from my doctor leaving the practice, they are just too busy now. Can very seldom get an appointment.
my family and i have been with Leabank for approx 8 years now. They are great listeners and give personal care that is considerate and professional. Even if I were to move to another part of Auckland, I would be prepared to travel to Leabank rather than look for another provider.
I've been with them 30years. My other family in many ways. Always professional, always caring
