Worst customer service. Won't answer the phone so you have drive up to make an appointment. In our last visit the receptionist told us she was not a worker at the clinic so will only take the phone number and no appointments. Why would you sit there just to take phone numbers? Was so rude and unwilling to help and got back to her phone. Unprofessional and not serving the community. We have moved our family of 4 to another centre. Do not go there. Not even worthy of one star.
Hillpark Medical Center is the worst place to go when you or your loved ones are sick. I strongly urge you to consider enrolling your family and yourself in a medical center that can provide better care and attention.nnThe worst part of this medical Centre is the customer service. I request to recruit qualified people who are qualified, know their job, and most importantly have people skills.nnThank you.
Horrible place. I've been going to Dr Raj for 20 odd years. Today I rang 4 times and waited for a pick up and no answer. So I drove up to book an appointment. No appointments available till Thursday this week. As a Kiwi from this country it's saddening we can't even see our Dr same day because our healthcare system is full up from immigrants from over seas. Hill Park was way better when my Mum Rosemary was on the front desk all those years ago. Disgraceful.
Let me tell you. Firstly. The customer service is sooo bad. The Indian receptionist is so clueless, had got my appointment wrong then tried to act as if SHE wasn’t the one that took my phone call the few days before. Secondly the female doctor who seemed to have got her Drs cert in a cereal box was rubbish. Doesn’t even care, asks about 5 questions then sends you out. RUBBISH PLACE. If you go there, LEAVE and sign up somewhere else.
Our family has been with this centre for more than 20 years. But now we are moving all our family to another doctor as they don't pick up the phone. I have been experiencing this issue for a long time and have now said enough is enough. Customer service is just become hopeless. Last week someone picked up the phone after 25 minuts on hold, put me on hold and then cutoff. Useless
