Ridiculous service, receptionist needs good customer service. Waited for hours to be seen by a doctor. Receptionist refuse to answer a simple question coz she's finishing but still answering calls.

Should not visit them if you don't hate yourself. These people are completely ignorant about health and medicine. I was surprised to see the poor quality of healthcare provide by EAST TAMAKI HEALTHCARE. They spend hours on makeup and hairstyling instead of their own clinical development. if you wish to learn how to spend time on makeup and tips on wearing colourful circus dresses, colouring hair and wearing high heels, this is the right place. You will come across staff who don't even know how to dress up professionally. And these people are great examples of worst health habits themselves. SHAME. How can they treat anyone...?? The staff and doctors will be running from here and there, only to scan a patient enrollment form. The nursing staff don't know what they are doing. They don't even know how to check blood pressure but will just write some random reading. Sometime 190/60 mm Hg. They are doing cervical smear tests.. not to forget, they don't know how to take the cervical smear specimen and you will be required to repeat the test due to inconclusive results.. Every patient is asked to repeat the smear, without an exception. Because these people are just wasting your time. Go to the middlemore hospital or some other GP if you don't wish to be a piece of experiment by East Tamaki Healthcare!!

One of the worst medical service provide ever. I feel like this doctor is located in some poor 3rd world country, the wait time can go any where from 3 to 6 hours. If you write your name and go back they remove your name from the list. Feel sorry for the receptionists who have to put up with complaints. Who ever operates this has no understanding on how many doctors should be allocated as per ratio of people. They normally have one doctor serving over 20 patients in the waiting room. This is disgusting, what's the point of this place? This place should he boycotted !!!!

Was not satisfied with the service, not professional nor appropriate. If you want to get good advice and professional medical care DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. (Not worth a star at all but I had to pick one or else my review would have not been posted)

I have received a text for mmr injection when i went they said come back later and when i went second time they said they haven't got the stock then why the hell they message to come urgently for injection. Ministry of health should look in to this matters and do a better service for new Zealanders.
