Doctor Joshua Smith is an extremely helpful doctor with extensive knowledge who genuinely cares about your health. Doctor Wilkinson & Doctor Wong are also very helpful! However, the competence of some of the workers here are questionable. I’ve been hung up on whilst talking to one of the receptionists a while ago, and also one of the receptionists in the past always talked over me and didn’t actually listen, however I don’t think she works here anymore. Just something that could be improved. Sometimes the actions of one staff member can let down the whole facility. You are catering to people in need, so you should try to be more compassionate. The doctors are all wonderful.
Excellent Dr's. Highly recommend Dr. Wilkinson, Dr. Wong and Dr. Smith. Was recommended to change here 6 years ago and have always had professional and caring experiences even during covid and having to have over the phone appointments for our children.
Been coming here for about 5 years now and I refuse to go to any other GP. I take public transport and will travel from far away to come and see Dr Tim or Dr Josh as they really listen to you and do their best to help. Not all doctors are as friendly and helpful as Dr Tim and Dr Josh so I plan on keeping them as my doctors for a long time! Highly recommend.
Manurewa health care team are amazing. I've been a patient their since they opened at the back of southmall 30+ years ago. My GP is the best, and has always looked after me and my children. I have at times sat in the waiting room for up to an hour, but I am patient, and know I will always get the best care. There are many GPS that do rush or don't listen. But my GP Dr T is absolutely amazing and is one in a million. A++++++
I've been coming to this healthcare since I was a BABY! I remember my doctor Dr.LOBO! I'm now 27 years old, no matter how far I live I still come here. My whole family has been registered with Manurewa Healthcare Center for many years. They took care of us when we were babies, now they taking care of us and the next generation :
If I could put 0 I would. My partner came here and was seen and sent away he was dead within 3hours. It will be 3yrs in September im sure you remember him or has there been too many. He was only 32 had a 5 month old son. Dead because you didnt do your job.
Always feeling pressured to hurry in consultations. Today i.ve waited 24 mins and i still have nit been seen. The doctor walked out without an apology. Or advising whys shes running late. I.m finding a new gp
Worst medical center ever visited. Doctor was late by 1 hour and I kept waiting for her. She didn't even apologised for being late. Will change my GP
it's really bad , doctors are worst they know nothing just guide his patient through internet search , like this symptoms u you feel bla bla and never give proper medicine related to symptom .
no help whatsoever, they put profits over people, if you have the money you get to go in and see them even if you need repeat prescriptions or medical letters
