Great gardens at this venue. Our company hired out an outside room for our Christmas party. We brought in our own food, drinks etc... it was a wonderful day. There were no staff around though, so it was difficult if we needed expertise help...

Really beautiful place. Well kept gardens and sweeping, nicely clipped lawns. Definitely a great place for an evening family walk, or perhaps a picnic lunch. Complete with a cafe, this is an idyllic getaway from the urban sprawl. You can even host birthday or Christmas parties here. Be sure to visit the Potter Children's Garden for all sorts of fun for the kids.

Beautiful gardens, well worth a look any time of year. They always have something going on here - different displays and things to check out. They have a cool kids garden area which is great for the kids education and just about every sort of plant you can think of.  Big long wide roads and paths make it easy for kids to scooter or skate or bike through the park too. Something different for a family day out! Pack a picnic and enjoy 😉

A wonderful place to enjoy and spend time in. It's a large botanic garden with sections devoted to exotic and native plants, edible plants and herbs. It has a library and a cafe as well as art and sculpture displays. The recent construction of yet another visitor car park has made parking available on busy days.

This is a popular spot for wedding photo's. The main car park has limited parking but fortunately there is extra in the way of a grassed area used for over flow. There is enough coach parking for approximately 6 coaches. The cafeteria is spacious with a good selection although you may prefer a cheaper alternative and pack a picnic lunch. Wheel chair access plentiful.
