Two security guards were here...I caught 6.00am train into town for work.....tidy and clean seats and station.
Great way to avoid traffic but there always a trade off with everything. Car traffic vs foot traffic. Get you to your area then bike walk or picked up from there.
Excellent train station. Clean with classical music to soundtrack you before you begin your journey.
Don't let the news scare you away its pretty safe here just be mindful of your surrounding like anywhere else.
This is more of a dig at Auckland transport as a whole, rather than specifically this station, but man, you really see why it’s barely ever busy on the trains. Half of the trains get cancelled out of nowhere, and I can’t remember the last time a train was even on time. In a time where we have so many incredible transport systems around the world, we have this. Embarrassing really.
