It does not feel like so good. I mean presentation of the outlet is poor. Looks so dull. But u have got parking in front of the shopping complex. A little outlet.

I am one of regular customers of Dominos, however today this was my worst experience at Dominos Manurewa Store, Auckland, NZ.  The issue started with getting the wrong order, which was still ok with me as this is a human error and acceptable as well. The my concern is the way of handling the issue by the store manager Mr. Inder who was very rude, irresponsible,  abusive and a worst experience altogether.  He do not know how to deal with complaints and how to talk to their customers and while communicating on call, he disconnected and hung up the call twice which itself shows how pathetic customer service he is offering.  I do not hold any grudges against Dominos as such but this experience made me feel humiliated and pathetic.  Mr. INDER asked me to lodge my Co.plaint wherever I want and disconnected the call. So now I am writing this review and will wait from Customer Care Department of Dominos to take necessary action.  Thanks

19th Dec; 9pm  I WISH I could give ZERO stars. I am a regular customer at domino’s Manurewa! But I am actually shocked at how many times I’ve had this problem with this store. Their night staff NEVER answer their phone calls and when they do you’ve already been on the line for 10mins waiting… Because of that I have to go in store keep in mind they close @ 10-10.30pm & they don’t allow anyone to order despite the fact they dont close for a whole hour. I rang the Manukau store and the phone was answered immediately, my order was made so fast n decently even though they were 30mins from closing! Moral of the story don’t waste your time & go to Manukau instead!

I don't know why they advertise their fancy pizza scanner when the pizzas still come out unevenly topped and seasoned. Check out all the pineapples on one side, and the side with too much ham has no cheese. Terrible

Ordered a pizza and two sides almost an hour before closing waited half an hour and my tracking turned off. I tried calling the store 5 times and no one answered me at all and I never got my pizza. Not impressed.

Food was always what i wanted and what i got. Service was very pleasent and polite. Considering the block and the other stores the atmosphere isnt bad but just like anywhere else.Food: 5/5

When you are late for dinner and you have nothing cooked at home we go for domino's pizza as we had been shifting house and we just love their services and the waiting time  Awesome guys Thank you.Food: 5/5

Ordered a cheese burst.. and have no cheese in it.. feels like a normal pizza to me.. I go back to the store the lady checks and says it is a cheese burst... the pizza looks completely dry and a normal one.. check before u take the pizza..

Ordered from their store and was charged but no pizza was delivered. Tried to contact store for the last two days but no one answers.

Absolutely WORST customer service EVER! Felt like I was in prison talking to the worker! Found a hair in my beef n onion pizza called they accepted a refund would be processed from there end hours went by called back and they said where's the proof of the hair in ur pizza and if u want ur money u have to come pick it up? That's after I called and they agreed that a refund would take place within a hour and even the worker told me he had to get MANAGER authority before doing the refund and came back with yes it is all done sir. Will advice family and friends to never come to this store again.   Have been coming here for over 6+ years and this is my last time I will go there.
