Just a standard McDonald's. New Zealand McDonald's are quite expensive. You know that the food will be safe though. The soft serves are the best of all fast food joints in New Zealand. The only food I come for are the soft serves. Unfortunately the soft serves are more expensive now. Still get them every now and then. Don't like the area that this one is in.

Worst Maccas ever!! Time and time again the drive thru is unreasonably long, sat in line from 10:40 to 11:10 just to be told no sundaes or chocolate pies! Why not have a sign?? Ugh never again. Useless. (Saturday 19/05)

There customer service isn't the greatest they can improve on that I mean who tells someone to park up for a hot chocolate and makes them wait 29 mins that needs looking into. And the lady at the window can be more nice when taking orders.

Fast food. All the usual food on the menu. Order at the counter or on the touch screens, or drive through the drive-thru. Access to the carpark and drive-thru is fairly convoluted and not that easy to see from the road. It's also not particularly obvious where the front door is either. Staff in the carpark next door smoking isn't a good look.
