Avoid Manurewa at all costs. Dry distasteful disgusting. No sauce, no famous gherkin.... probably the worst burger I've ever had in my life. Service is slow. Happened to be close any hungry at the time. Thought it's McDonald's, trust the name. Huge mistake, should have checked reviews first. My bad
We went for ice cream around 8.30pm.nFirst of all, the roller doors are left open for the homeless and window washers to hangout in - see my 2nd and 3rd photo. All we smelt was cigarettes which was disgusting! I am unsure why this is being done.nWe ordered the soft serve and it was already melting.nThere are flies everywhere and the restaurant was untidy.nOne good thing was that there is a seperate delivery collection room.nOverall would not come back to this restaurant even though I’m a local. It has the potential but unfortunately the owner and the workers are not taking pride. It’s unsafe with dodgy people occupying the place and window washers getting luxury for the illegal work.
My major gripe after ordering a large chips is they give it to you 3 quarters full.nnI can assure you after paying such a hefty price for the large chips, I would like it filled to the top and that's exactly what I ask for every time after I have received our order.nnSuper annoying having to ask but I want what I paid for. Fill your chips McDs!! Oh and smile more...nnThe Manurewa, McDonald's atmosphere is stressful as it's always rush, rush busy and you can feel it. It makes eating your meal THERE bitter sweet.nnOn another subject, I have to mention shutting down the Manurewa, McDonald's playground recently without upgrading was really thoughtless.nnManurewa has hundreds of kiddies and a playground would lift the atmosphere there, but don't put it in such a dark area as before and clean it as it always stank of urine as did the toilets.nnI think the sound of giggling children is much better to balance the busy atmosphere.
Come on guys. I know your busy, but you have customers that are waiting for door deliveries. I ordered 8.30pm still waiting now it's 9.10pm. You need to set priorities. If my order is cold when it gets delivered, I'm bringing it straight back to you. Manurewa Macdeez. Not happy with service at all. I'm not blaming the Door Dash either.
South Auckland will always have the worse Mc Donald’s however Manurewa and Clendon are the Worse in the country that I have experienced. Manurewa is slow and has too much Indians that don’t know what good customer service is. Clendon always makes you park up for no reason at all,even when you’re the only car in the drive thru!
