Arrived at 2am and no Voucher in mailbox but the pleasant lady came to handle our check in after a phonecall. Nice kitchen cabin with good beds, cooker and fridge. Clean facilities, moderate park, but just three shower cabins. First Top 10 experience, okay for few days. Would come back,again.

My first mistake was booking over the internet - the pics don't give you a real perspective on just how cramped - if not sardine like the place is. I wondered how this place managed to get in under the top ten umbrella. Top ten parks are supposed to offer you family friendly facilities - this place has 3 swings and one slide - period! Then there is Miss Manager. You know what they say about give someone power watch them abuse it.  This one loves her authority. Argumentative and loves to have the final word because she's right and your perspective doesn't matter! In terms of location - this site is ideally located. Close to all the major attractions. Book here if it's only location and price that matter to you.  If you want a top ten customer experience - freedom camp in the parking lot of the super clinic because miss manager doesn't have a clue about how to treat a customer.

Considering it is located inside of the city of Auckland it was surprisingly quiet. Facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful in finding local attractions that suited my husband and I.

A very bad time acused us of stealing an electric blanket?? Manager threatened me with violence . im disabled . had to ring police & he still tried to kick us out & steal our money.?? Not good do notrecomend it. Dont waste your time very crazy ppeople

Very nice and quiet small holiday park near Ackland. A little Bit Expensive. Clean Toilets. Very "green"  And Natural. Stayed On A Tent Side. Also Good For Children.

Handy to the city and airport , it's OK but not great for a first night in Auckland city [30 minutes plus to Central Auckland]

only good thing about this Camp is location got woken up on Saturday morning  at 830 by lawn mower out side camper it meant to be a place to sleep  lol un kept grounds and run down lots of old car vans parked up permanent dogs wondering  around nt a top 10 at all

I like that good price and nice place. It's good to close. I want to stay same place.

Was bad experience went to pub came to my tent site I accidentally spewed in kitchen got kicked out for that don't recommend this park to anyone kitchen crap no TV no think there for people owners are rude as
