Wonderful collection of memorbillia about the movie. They are extending the exhibition. No thanks to Western Lands Dept. The owners came from England and set the museum up. Job well done.

Well worth the trip. I loved this place and the owners are very welcoming and knowledgeable. If there are any people on here who didn't like it, say it's too small, I reckon they are clowns. Great museum and has made Silverton a destination, I drove nearly 8 hours in a day to go there.

Wonderful little museum full of memorabilia, props and replicas, very well curated with such interesting pieces as dailies, scripts and even the original gyro! Absolutely worth a visit if you are a fan! Admission is very cheap especially for what you get to see. Recommended

Great place to visit even if you’re not into Mad Max. The owners are fantastic people who welcome every visitor. I’ve got to say, I was laughing my head off reading the review, below, by Barney Joseph. How can you come to a museum like this and give a 2-star review because you were unhappy about the positioning of a bloody car?! Bet you’re a right laugh, Barney. It’s a small museum filled with a tonne of memorabilia and really captures the iconic ‘feel’ of Mad Max 2.

Well worth the visit. To see stuff from the movie that had been dug up after being dumped all those years ago was pretty cool. The owners took the time to have a chat about the displays and photos. Will visit again.
