Definitely worth the entry fee if only to see the original fossil rocks. Informative and well set-out in three sections. Visit the outdoor time-line first, then the fossil room and finally a multi media display recreating the fish and reptiles. Staff at the information centre are very helpful with many local suggestions and activities.

Best 4 hours spent. Expanded knowledge and researched more on fossils. Very helpful and great experience. Recommend a day visit. Hands on for kids of all ages.

Absolutely amazing! A gem. I believe this would be one of the best educational facilities for children in particular. Very interactive/hands on and informative. The staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly.

We went when it first started. Had an update. I am not a believer in paying to see "stuff" in museums. This one has a most interesting history. Well done Canowindra.
