Just wanted to congratulate the staff at Macpac Hampton East, especially Isabelle, she knows her backpacks inside & out! She was extremely helpful when helping me choose my alpine back for back country skiing. Thanks!

friendly staff who provide excellent customer service. They called up another store for the jacket I wanted & then had it sent straight to my address - go over and beyond what's expected!
