Charged $9.95 for postage of an item that only cost $15.  Contacted store and was refunded $3.80 off the postage costs.  Great communications and service.  Hopefully the product will arrive and will be as advertised.  Will buy from this store again if all goes well.

Excellent service and I just love the fabric in one of the new bra's that I have purhased.

Disgusting customer service ... Do not order or buy of this lady or website, Do not speak with Dorelle Ordered 2 packets of under wears for my 92 year old grandmother, was sent false packaged items. And when asked for the problem to be sorted Dorelle had horrible customer service, was very rude and did not want to help my elderly grandmother who is now.out of pocket $38.40 and out of undies  Disgusting service from a horrible company have also taken to consumer affairs
