We offer warm and affordable hospitality to ensure you enjoy your stay in Fairlie the gateway to the Mackenzie basin.Our renovated motel units are situated in the heart of Fairlie, just 44km from Lake Tekapo. There is the choice of 4 studio units with ensuite, new beds and heaters, mini kitchenette and free WiFi. There are flatscreen TVs with Freeview. A continental breakfast is available on request. All units have a private deck and courtyard plus a covered carpark.This is an ideal base to enjoy the adventures and great outdoors of this scenic area, with Lake Opuha, Mt Dobson ski field and an 18-hole golf course nearby."

I stayed here for 4 nights in early March 2017. An excellent motel, clean and well equipped and within walking distance (4/5 mins) from the shops on main street. The pictures on the website reflect accurately the appearance and general good condition of the place. The owners make you very welcome and can provide good general information about the area. There is however a significant problem, they have the most comfortable beds in all of New Zealand and it is therefore a great hardship getting up in the morning to get out and enjoy the countryside. To be serious though I would highly recommend this motel and I should add good value for money. Patrick McCarthy ( Ireland )

Owners are lovely. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and are in a great location. Even though the building itself is old, everything inside is new - new carpet, sheets, pillows etc. The shower has great water pressure and it is huge. We stayed here with two other couples and all rooms were nice. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to others.

Very nice staff and a nice room as well. Has a small outdoor area which is great to have a meal outdoors during the nice weather.

We spent a lovely weekend in this Motel. Friendly owners and very comfortable room. Very clean and cosy bed. We will definitely come back.
