Great service. Direct contact to service technician makes it so easy to discuss what to do when it gets a little bit more complicated. Thank you Angela and Chris for your understanding of a traveller‘s needs.

Just Hopeless! We rang and enquired about a job and were put through to the tech who quoted the job. When we took the computer in the same day the price went up $200. We pointed out we had been given a price that was different but to no avail. Then after 4 weeks of excuses the job had still not been done. After we threatened to cancel the job they said they would get straight onto it only to be told 2 weeks later they could not get the part. We went to a competitor, and won't be going back again.

The previous reviews say it all - friendly, very helpful staff, knowledgeable, and well priced. Great after sales service for Apple products in Hobart.
