The staff was chatting and just ignored me when I wandered around for 15 minutes and couldn't find what I was looking for. This didn't happen at any store I have been to on the mainland. And they clearly had seen me look for something. No one had come to help me. They were not so fit to work in this industry with “so much passion” to help people.

Waited 20 mins for sales assistance... ended up leaving after the 4th page with no appearance from a staff member... maybe more floor staff are required??? Just a thought.

Had a problem, spoke to Nathan (manager) who apologised and fixed the issue straight away.

A great shop, the atmosphere is very relaxed, the staff just wear casual clothing - which is a staple of JB. When they first opened in Dec '07, they had a much more comprehensive range of CD's, but this range has been drastically reduced since unfortunately. However, there is a fantastic range of vinyl which is impressive. The challenge going in here is can you walk out without buying something, good luck with doing that....

Walked in and my sales guy was great, he new his stuff, didnt pressure or upsell me (too much). He gave me a hand shake and offer me assistance if i had any problems with post sale issues. 5 stars
