I can confidently say I’m an active customer of JB Hi-Fi — I really like the store and the service they provide. I usually visit the city store, but in my opinion, the Rosny location is the best. The customer service there feels much more personal and respectful, starting from the moment you walk in.nnI’ve had different experiences in both stores. In the city store, staff often try to upsell — offering extended warranties or suggesting add-on items during your purchase. But at JB Hi-Fi Rosny, the staff really focus on what the customer actually wants. If I’m after something specific, I feel comfortable asking — they listen and respond accordingly.nnI once had an issue with a phone I bought — a technical fault — and when I returned to the store, I was treated with complete respect. They listened, acknowledged the problem, and quickly offered either a replacement or a full refund. Because I trust the store and value the service, I chose to get another device instead of the refund.nnI’m a big fan of JB Hi-Fi and I genuinely trust the service they provide. I’ve bought from them before and I’ll continue to do so. Highly recommend to others looking for reliable products and customer care.

I look at JB because I could always see what they had in store before I headed in there to buy, but now they have jumped on the internet roller coaster with everything being sold online now. I wanted to go in store today to look at and buy security cameras, but all the ones I was interested in 50 were of course all online only. If I wanted to buy online I could have done that anywhere else. What's the point in selling something online when you have the physical stores all over Australia? I don't want to buy something I haven't seen in person when I'm about to spend that type of money. Used to love the fact that I could count on JB for me to be able to head in store, look at and buy on the spot what I wanted. Anyway, my opinion and experience, it's happened a few times now, so I won't be bothered checking JB out again for what I need to buy then and there on the day. Another store just after sales and not here for customers needs and convenience. Cheers for nothing.
