Can't say that I'm happy with the service I received from them, in particular Naomi. I asked if someone that knows about the head units could assist me, as I wanted to purchase one. She came over to help. I asked some basic question, but her knowledge was no more that what she read off the sales tag. Seemed impatient with me, and like I was wasting her time. So I googled the information I needed on my phone right there in the store. I ended up buying a very expensive unit, and adapters etc. We discussed what facia I needed for my car, she looked it up and told me the part number I needed, and that she will need to order it in. Great. As I was leaving I asked if they will call me when it's in, I was told (quite rudely) that she will not be ordering it in. I have to pay for it first, before she can order. OK, no problem, didn't know... I paid for it, and she ordered the part. (Btw, I asked that they double check the part, because my car is an odd model) Part arrived a week later, so I travelled to the store to pick it up. I examined the part, and told the guy that I don't think it will fit, and I want him to check. I came to my car with the part, checked the website, and said it's the right one. Also told me that I needed an extra connector, so I bought it. (they are the experts). Back home I realised the part WON'T fit, and I DON"T need the connector. Checked the website, and found the part I needed.. Went back to the store, Naomi was there. She told me that I DO have the right part, and it WILL fit. I asked if someone could please come to the car and have a look. Was told that everyone is busy, come back at 4 (it was 9:30am) She was not helpful at all! I ended up calling their supplier directly, so that THEY can tell HER the right part I need! Still, she refused to order the new part, until I come BACK to the store, to refund the WRONG part, and pay for the new one...which would take a few more days to order in! Very frustrating.

Such a great place! Has had everything I've ever needed for my car and at great prices too. All the staff are amazing and super friendly, they really know their stuff and have always helped me to get the best for car at a good price.

Excellent service, really genuinely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Special thanks to Jonathan who took his time explaining things, had a lot of product information, and was really approachable.
