Submitted a debt consolidation request but was declined because I had too many loans. Mentioned that the reason I was applying for a debt consolidation was to pay these off to have only 1. Told they couldn’t do this because it would put me in a worse situation which doesn’t make sense considering I would only have 1 repayment instead of multiple. Asked what a debt consolidation is used for and was told for smaller loans, which is exactly what I was doing
