The food and the ambience was good. One staff serving us had an attitude that could be improved and education given on body language. Service was also slow. Drinks were served quickly however it took sometime before we were given water.

Just over it now. Never understood the bad online reviews until now. A few good dinners with a bit of a wait (hence the 2 stars) but now a long wait, sweat-wafting staff (obviously busting their ass), an appetizer that came out with the mains and no sauce with that or the two mains. Dry as hell. Didn't expect the brisket to be 2 deconstructed tortillas. The cheese burger was fairly dry too. Squid and the 2 half plates of chips that made up the mains were all expected to be eaten with no sauce whatsoever. Sauce makes the dish. We weren't happy. $72 felt like robbery for that. Could've gone elsewhere and come home a lot happier by spending less. The high road hotel was great for dinner, you've basically replaced that as the local go to... but you don't compare... and the high road hotel was nothing special.

Dined here on Thursday evening with the wife, there was a bit of a wait on food but service and drinks were fine! Meals tasted even better once delivered. Staff were clearly under the pump but I think they handled it quite well for what seemed to be an unexpected busier than usual night. I do recommend rostering on more staff from now on though. We have dined here on a few occasions and each time everything has been great! Huge menu to choose from, prices range from pretty cheap to average/pricey depending on what you’re after, even cocktails are cheap compared to other places!! They even have a lunch menu available during the week for those after a light lunch. Kudos Lonestar Riverton Team!

Last night I got bad experienced with this restaurant. First we are waiting for 5 minutes to seat cause we're 9 people but they serve people behind. The food came after 1 hour 30 minutes and we need need asked them 3 times for tomato sauce which is another 20 minutes for them to bring to our table. So if you want to eat here please be prepare for long waiting! Bad experienced for me and I will never come back to this place anymore!

Had dinner in Lone star Riverton last night. All five people felt happy about the food and service. Have been there three times with different people, all good.
