The most uncomfortable experience at this store when I was set upon by one of the 'mean girls' servicing the store. When she asked me if she could help, I said 'no thanks' she decided to deliberately ask the question again a minute later and as my response hadn't changed, she decided to laugh about it loudly with the other service girl, like a bad mannered brat!. As this whole experience left me cold, I left the store no warmer. However, I know a store similar on the other side of town and later spent $200 in that store 8km away. Unfortunately for this store it's poor service will result in customers and money walking out the door. A word of advice, turn over the staff now before you go broke.

Would never go back to this shop owner rude, unhelpful, was happy for me to buy online, and not her shop you don't deserve to be in business, will go online and purchase what I wanted.

It was a very unpleasant experience buying a gift in this store. The owner was not happy to give advice on what to buy when I was clueless about the range ; told me all her products are good so she can't advise, was generally cold, impatient and unhelpful . If you don't enjoy helping people buy gifts ....don't run a gift store. I felt like a burden in this store .
