Disappointing service. 3 pairs of skis dropped off for a summer coat wax. One of those was dropped off after the first 2. Picked up today and the pair dropped off last did not have a summer coat wax, but a wax buffed off. Look the skis look great but disappointed at the service. Basically told that it wasn't on the docket so wasn't requested and therefore not done. This is a lie as I clarified with my husband and he specifically asked for a summer coat wax on all pairs. The staff serving seemed disinterested in helping stating what do you want us to do. We don't live close so extremely difficult to leave and pick up another day.nWhat I want is for your staff to acknowledge that they made a mistake and make a genuine offer to rectify the problem.nI have purchased a fair amount of items from Bumps over the years, but sadly not again.

Fantastic array of ski gear, winter and summer clothing, accessories and giftware. The Wintersteiger machine is particularly impressive for skiers. Lots of staff and friendly, professional service. Very impressed!
