I recently ordered a Patagonia jacket from Bump Sports and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The communication was clear, delivery was quick with timely updates, and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely shop here again and highly recommend them?

Amazing service! We purchased a racesuit for our daughter, and to us it appeared too small never used one before, so we contacted bumps to ask about exchange for a larger size. The owner Peter rang us straight away and said he was on the way up the mountain that day and could bring some for her to try. Amazing considering her races were over the weekend and was the main reason she wanted one!! It turns out the original one was a good fit, and with his experience he was able to give us assurance this was the case, but did have some larger sizes for her to try also. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and will be buying all our ski gear from here in future. Thank you Bumps!

Had a text question re a jacket and got a very quick response. Ended up buying the jacket which I am very happy with,  and it was super quick getting to me interstate. Very happy with the service. Will use them again!
