Great business and an amazing selection of quality and long lasting products, for all your outside furniture needs, you can even build your own outdoor kitchen, day beds. sun lounges, outdoor settings in timber, aluminium and weave furniture and umbrellas and they are so easy to deal with. Living On The Outside have such a great selection to choose from, and the fact that you can mix and match absolutely wins hands down for me.

I finally found somewhere on the Sunshine Coast where the service was great and no body tried to talk me into buying something I didn't want. Michael at Living On The Outside in Caloundra helped us decide on an outdoor package that included some lounge, dining and pool furniture. All matching and we can add more to it later on down the track. We got home last night to find our cushions in the rain, so we put them under cover and found them all completely dry this morning. Excellent service and no push to buy anything. Money well worth being spent and will definately be back.

These guys are 'dead on the inside' when it comes to customer service. I live in brisbane and bought a table online from the townsville store. The sunshine coast store was closed at that stage. I received a table with yellow flecks on it - genuine kwila, yes, but unsightly. Grant Walker offered me an exchange/ full credit - at the sunshine coast store - with quote that it would open in 4 - 6 weeks. That sounded fine, except the SC branch did not open until 8 months later!! There was no response to phone msgs or emails during this time. And when the SC store did open, I got hold of Michael - and he proceeded to lie about discussing my case with Fair Trading, claiming they agreed the table could not be exchanged for credit as so much time had lapsed. How do I know he lied? I rang Fair Trading about it - there were no records about anything like this. If you're buying from these guys, inspect it first before you hand over payment. Otherwise it's a huge headache afterwards.
