Bought side tables in April this year,now November and just delivered. No email, text or phone call to say ready for pick up. Went to store today and appalled at customer service, your staff need lessons. I was served by one person who went out back to get product , got storeman to carry it out he popped it out by counter and person who served me walked off to serve someone else, no explanation if this was in fact what I came for. !ike a previous reviewer , I felt like an inconvenience as well Will never shop there again.
Went in today to collect an online order. The lady at the counter wasn’t very welcoming and also made me feel like it was all too hard when I told her it was an online order. Quite rude.
This is my go-to place to find unique items to decorate my house. Watch out for the discounted area at the rear. You can find great discounted items on offer.
After a terrible experience online, the experience did not improve. Delivered faulty items. Then had to wait another 2mnths to receive the items which were also faulty. Sale staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Would not buy through early settler again
I purchased a bed with bedside table over 8 months ago now! I received the bed but still haven't received the matching bedside tables. It never said they weren't in stock when I ordered so very frustrated, if i knew this I would have never ordered in the first place!
Bought a Byron Indoor Ceilings Fan for a new house I purchased. Absolutely a useless fan. Looks great but so slow that on low it barely moves and on high it produces no breeze. The electrician who installed it thought it was faulty and said it was the slowest fan he has ever installed if it wasn't. Went back to the store as they had one running and no it's not faulty, just a useless ornament in the room now. The store would not take it back, so now I have to have it thrown in the rubbish and pay the electricity to come back and put a functioning fan in. Never purchasing from this company any of my furniture needed as I believe the sales people should tell you when you are asking them about this fan that it does not produce any cold air, it just looks nice. Wasted nearly $350 on this fan plus the expense of having the electrician back to install a new fan which I have to now buy. This fan should never be sold to anyone.

Just went into early settlers plenty of staff but I must of been invisible. Absolutely no acknowledgement no customer service what so ever wouldn't rush back there!!!
Beautiful furniture at great prices a large range of outdoor living furniture and got a great discount, lovely friendly staff
Wide variety but if you see something you like buy it because it may not be available when you go back later delivery charges were abit steep plenty of parking
