The minute we walked into the store, we knew that this is the store. Beautiful furnitures, super friendly staffs!! We liked one furniture which was out of stock, Lorraine went above and beyond to find that beautiful piece of furniture from another store for us. She rang us few days later to give us good news :. We received our furniture this week and we adore every single pieces. Delivery drivers were amazing too. They unplacked all the furniture in their truck, delivered to the desired room, took away the packing... Can't recommend enough.. they are amazing!! Their products are stunning..Their services are incredible. Thank you so much Eureka for being part
Great staff in-store. Very helpful. We bought some dining chairs and a couch set from them. Got a great price, quality is good and the delivery guys were very respectful.
Terrible customer service. Don't buy from here unless it's something you're taking home on the day. We ordered a table and what arrived looked completely different to the sample provided in store. But apparently this was all "natural variation" in the wood - I'll let you decide. Even if that were true maybe check that the customer likes the variant before dropping it off? I raised it immediately with customer service but apparently not through the right channel. After being told I would be contacted I heard nothing for a week so checked again and apparently I'd been waiting for nothing. Anyway finally get a response another week...this was to be a theme. Any response from customer service will take at least a week. Now I'm here 2 months after the table was delivered and they still haven't resolved it...it's been over 2 weeks since I last heard from them. It's essentially a war of attrition.
Service was great! Staff were friendly and genuine with helping us choose our products, and they were not pushy either which puts us off with other stores. We are more than happy with our purchase that Lorraine helped us out with.
Great quality furniture at a reasonable price. The sales person I dealt with was excellent. Provided good info without applying any pressure. Delivery went well. Highly recommend.

Amazing service from start to finnish. So happy with my couch. I had been looking for over a year and found the couch i wanted at Eureka online while away at work. I rang the kawana shop to find out more and Lorraine was so helpful. I was buying blind and her advice and service was top shelf. My couch arrived today and it is better than i imagined. So comfy. To top it off the delivery guys were awesome. They unpacked and took away all wrapping etc. I 100% recommend Eureka St furniture and i will be shopping there again soon. Thank so much
Janet at the store was fantastic, even remembering my name when I went back. It was a pleasure dealing with all the staff, including the delivery guys who had to wangle the packaged furniture into a small room for storage currently. I'll definitely go back!
Very happy with our experience of Eureka Street! The service and help we had in the Birtinya store was lovely and we were fortunate our choice of furniture was already ‘on the port’ so we received it even quicker than expected. The delivery boys were very pleasant and efficient and we absolutely love our new furniture. Thank you!
