Great service, furniture and price. Had dining room table 6 chairs and 2 buffets delivered on time. 1 problem table top scratched and marked. Contacted a mart was offered a discount if i wanted to keep table or they would replace it i about 4 weeks. I could use the damaged one in the mean time. I decided to wait for replacement as i love the suite and i would be unhappy with the damaged one. All of this was done pleasantly by the store staff. I have read some bad reviews but my experience so far has been good. Waiting to see what happens in 4 weeks.

I Bought a $3400 couch with extra warranty and the leather starter to peel off the chair and console with 2 cup holders. So went to the store with photos and I was told by one of the staff member on the counter that “it looks like a manufacturer fault” and “it’s still covered under waranty” we had to wait for one week for the guy to come in and have a look And further no one got back to us about what they are doing next. Finally I called them today after week and half to find out that it is not even covered under warranty. The lady on the warranty section offered me $500 to spend in the store and if i accept the money then my warranty will be voided. When a customer is having issues, the idea is to help them specially if it is still covered under warranty.

Store is nice and lots of stock to look at but unfortunately there is never anyone to talk to. When you do talk to someone they are very nice just not enough staff in this store to cover the customer numbers.

Great customer service in store. Warranty procedures are a little difficult but that can’t be helped on a store level. Great variety of furniture etc.
