Overcharging for exit condition, making us pay for a grout clean and pest control when there were ants and dirty tiles throughout the house the walls from the day we moved in looked like hands were wiped across them, not happy with the service, also not punctual on calls back but when overdue in something they will make sure you know.

Never answered their phone and when they did they told me they would get back to me but never heard back from them always finding myself chasing up without a response they don't keep you updated and don't return a single call I would give negative star if I could

Very irresponsible, poor communication (did not reply after 1 week) and will try to find fault in everyway possible on exiting contract with them (Does things without communicating with tenant).
