I have been renting for 3 years through them about to sign 4th year lease and on last inspection brought owners around and no maintenance had been done for the last 9 months that I had reported. Also discovered that the owner found out that maintenance that has been reported before I moved in had paid for by them had not been done.I had a friend here also and the property manager Melissa Thomson gave him the 3rd degree, he asked me, Where is her badge. Since this happened the continual harassment and threatening tactics have not stopped. Also tried to charge me for  a locksmith. When they arrived I already rang the week before to say that I had the spare keys,  when they were coming for inspection, yet still brought out the locksmith. Not happy. Because they got found out by landlord for not doing maintenance they are harassing me, now. And keep putting it back on me.

Aaron, Katrina and their amazing team have managed our properties for the past 4 years. They are prompt and professional, with an understanding of a landlords concerns. Our properties have excellent tenants and all maintenance is reported quickly. We are grateful and convinced that our properties are in the best hands - thank you Katrina!

In response to a comment from Leigh Edson ...as the said landlord of this property there was no mention by him of rent in arrears ...state of property was disgusting and yard that had been once an organised yard now a jungle...oh and about the locksmith...has been missed two inspections due to his excuses...we are entitled to view our property...then to find out neither me or the realestate have keys ...why you say ...his changed the locks on the house...who’s doing the wrong thing ...certainly not the owner or the agent...
