Little cupcakes has been part of all our celebrations - big or small occasions since years. The quality and taste has been consistent. They have options for dietary requirements like vegan and gluten free, we no compromise on taste. We've ordered custom cake few times. It was simply amazing, making our celebration greater indeed. Highly recommend them.
We ordered cupcakes for our event. And they were so yum. In love with the flavours and excellent customer service .! We will surely order for future events
Visually the cupcakes are great and they do taste lovely. The Halloween themed ones are very cute. Unfortunately not a great delivery experience. We ordered cupcakes for a work event and paid for priority delivery. They arrived several hours late, after our event was finished. We did receive a voucher as a result, which was appreciated, and purchased again. The second order was also a bit of a shambles. Firstly, we got a delivery a week early! Then on the actual day we ordered them for, arrived again several hours late, after our event was over. Very unfortunate that we were never really able to enjoy the cupcakes as intended.
*Edit to address the company's erroneous response to my review. 1. They have since refunded the delivery fee only, not the $90 for the damaged, late cupcakes as their reply below implies their dishonestly continues 2. The man who finally dropped off the cupcakes in the evening also noticed they were damaged when I opened the lid. I said I would follow up with him on Monday for a refund, he said that was fine and so I did not think to photograph them. He left them with me and we have since disposed of them as they were dried out anyway. I am not normally the kind of person to get so angry but really, this business is appalling... Avoid this dishonest, disgraceful business. We ordered 12 cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and paid an extra $25 for delivery before the party started. They did not arrive and it turns out there is no way of contacting anyone at the business on weekends phone goes to voicemail, emails not answered so we were left in the lurch. After the party the cupcakes finally turned up at 7pm, all broken. The company has since refused to refund our money and will not accept responsibility for the late and broken cakes. On top of that, they were dismissive and rude. So shop elsewhere - with such terrible customer service they do not deserve your money.
I ordered cupcakes two days ago for delivery today between 8am-6pm. It is currently 7:26pm and NO CUPCAKES. I even called earlier today at 2pm to check if everything is on track and the girl on the phone assured me it will arrive today. Don't buy from here. What an upsetting experience. UPDATE: It is now 2 days later 27 Jan 2023 and no one has responded to my email or calls. I just tried to call them and no one picked up the phone. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
Delicious cupcakes with deep flavours topped with luxurious frosting. An exquisite cupcake at a reasonable price.
Lovely little cafe with a character. I had a good experience and enjoyed my coffee with a little cupcake. Will definately return if I'm in the area.
Came here after the degraves store staff’s bad attitude and was not disappointed. Lots of flavour choices and you can get mini cupcakes as well.
Ordered a range of cupcakes and also the cupcake bouquet! Was an absolute hit and the cupcakes were delicious and very fresh!
