Don't stay in room 18 it is terrible! People living above stomp around banging doors until all hours & the door to the adjoining room blocks out no noise. Could hear the neighbours television & phone conversations as if it were in my room! However: When requested, I was moved to another room with no problem. My fault to not say something about it earlier! Nice people, clean, comfortable rooms will definitely stay again... not in room 18 :

Basic room bed uncomfortable, needs a deep clean. Check under your sheets people, noisy from highway traffic if you are desperate for a room you'll be disappointed. Careful they will charge your credit card over anything that they don't maintain Safety: Carpark
One of the worst motels, bed uncover is stained, no pillow cases, tap problems, water pressure issues need plumbing resolved , air con leaks, door problems, unclean carpet. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, TV signal problems NO netflixpillows were flat. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner Fridge was dirty, air con smelt appalling, noisy from highway, stains on walls, mould in rolm The in room 1 just painted over beware if you want health issues stay as you please. Most reviews are fake, they will charge your for an exisiting problem.
This motel impresses with its nice, clean rooms, and tidy surroundings. The added perk of a BBQ facility enhances the stay, and its proximity to the highway makes it a convenient choice for travelers
We stayed there last night, but never again. There was no extra blankets or pillows. Half the Power Points didn't work which meant only half the electric blanket had power and the Air-Conditioning didn't either, so it was a cold night. There was no tissues, the spare toilet paper toll was only half a roll. There was no cutlery just one little spoon, no plates. There was no tourist information or password to access the "Free" WiFi. It’s the best and comfortable motel in and around lithgow the room rates are good not so expensive and they have the best service. Very clean and comfy. I am sure wil revisit the motel again. Price was reasonable, room was clean and well presented, beds were comfortable, shower was good, reception was very friendly, would stay againRooms: 5/5
Disgusting rude behaviour from inn keeper I couldn't understand a word the couple were talking very loud traffic couldn't sleep It had a blood stained doona in my room hair on top sheet very dirty and stained, bathroom had public hairs not thoroughly cleanedmugs not washed were very sticky will not come here again AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Highly DO NOT recommend avoid at all costs- if you are staying in the area LITHGOW go to bushman's, zig zag or lithgow workies. Unclean, unorganised and unenjoyable. Support Australian businesses that do right by peopleRooms: 1/5
