I didn't stay the night, but will definitely eat here again. The grilled barramundi and steamed vegetables were great, surprisingly good reminded me not to judge books by their covers!. Well priced and the staff were lovely. My friend also rated his chicken schnitzel as one of the best he's had.
I've stayed here a few times over the years and always enjoyed it. Great staff, very helpful, great location. The building needs some TLC and hopefully will get some in the fiture if economic times don't get too bad. All that aside this place is still my first choice when I visit Lithgow.
Didn't stay in the accommodation. But the bar tender was friendly, and the food was fantastic I had a pepperoni pizza very nice others in the group had a cheese burger and another fish and chips everyone was very happy with there meals and reasonably priced meals very quick service too.
Stopped in for lunch today and whilst the food was fresh I ordered the Chicken Schnitzel Burger and my brother had the Aussie Burger that is where our experience gets the 3 stars. The pub part of this location is quite run down and is overdue for a refurbishment. In saying that, the staff that served us were very pleasant and helpful.nnDid not utilise accommodation so the review does not include this.
Horrible place, horrible service, smelt like a dump and the Asian bartender was very rude. I asked him for a drink very nicely and he told me he couldn’t be bothered wait for someone else!
