Excellent conveyancing service.  I cannot thank Rhianne and John enough for the assistance they provided to me during a long drawn out process to settlement on my property.  I needed a strong team to raise numerous inclusions that had not been provided as per the 'off the plan' contract. Rhianne and John provided well constructed and considered emails to me and the seller's solicitor which was very much appreciated.  I also appreciated that they were patient and considerate and responded quickly to my requests.  I couldn't have asked for a better conveyancing team and was very happy with the outcome.  I would not hesitate to use their services again and would definitely recommend them.

Lexmerca messed up our conveyancing and SC sent $20,000 of my money to the other party without a hint of apology. They also tried to invoice the mortgagee, the mortgagors and the mortgagors through our bank…triple dipping piracy! They were breathtakingly incompetent. I was amazed what they don’t know about conveyancing. A vote of no confidence from me! And Lexmerca- don’t you dare pretend I’m not your client like you do to you other bad reviews…you know exactly who I am!

We could not have been happier with the service and support from Kasandra and the team at Lexmerca. They took the stress out of having bought a new home, always keeping us informed and managing the process seamlessly. The team were experienced and professional, but also incredibly friendly and willing to answer all of our ‘new home buyer’ questions along the way. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The Lexmerca team are outstanding and their attention to detail was second to none. They provided tailored solutions for our conveyancing needs with constant communication and follow up. Very responsive to all requests. Nothing was too difficult for the team. I would not hesitate to recommend Firmin and Kasandra to anybody buying or selling a home.
