Story

DDCS Lawyers is a leading Canberra law firm specialising in Family Law, Wills, Estates and Business Succession.

Established in 2007 by Partners Julie Dobinson, Phil Davey, Lois Clifford and Di Simpson, the DDCS team includes six Family Law Accredited Specialists and Canberra’s only Wills and Estates Accredited Specialis, Rebecca Tetlow. Rebecca Tetlow has since become a Partner in the firm's Wills & Estates team.

We have helped thousands of clients in Canberra and rural NSW with a wide range of personal and professional legal problems. We ensure that the needs of our clients direct the work we do and the way we do it. We act with integrity and transparency. We deliver on our promises and continually seek to find more effective ways of helping clients through the process of relationship change.

We are proud to contribute to our local community through the provision of pro-bono legal services through the ACT Women’s Legal Centre and the ACT Law Society. DDCS Lawyers supports a number of local philanthropic organisations such as PANDSI (Post and Ante Natal Depression Support and Information), Hands across Canberra, the Domestic Violence Crisis Service, Menslink and Cure Brain Cancer Organisation.

DDCS has received the prestigious Law Australasia Outstanding Achievement in Practice Award, in addition to being recognized as the Leading ACT Family Law Firm and Leading ACT Wills and Estates Firm by the prestigious Doyle’s Guide.
