It is a shame Google does not allow you to give 10 stars because these guys deserve it. Rarely you come across a place that is fair and transparent as Lennock Cars these days. I purchased a Honda HR-V from Lennock Used Cars and was assisted by George and Billy. I am not very knowledgeable of cars, hence I had lots of questions. Each time I asked more detailed questions they gave me more detailed answers. I never felt overloaded with information, nor pressured to buy a particular car. I took a few cars for test drive and they patiently explained the features of the cars. Once I made my decision, the purchase process was super easy. They also helped me finance my car. On the pick up day, the car was serviced, cleaned and ready to be picked up, all without asking for extra money. Billy explained all documentation, warranty terms and conditions in detail. Their service and repair costs are reasonable too considering the quality of service you will get here. It's a one stop shop for all the used car needs. They are very knowledgeable, and happy to help with any questions, just genuinely good customer service. Overall, It was a great experience, and I love my new car.
Recently purchased a second hand car from Peter from Lennock Used Cars in Woden, including getting finance through Jonathan. Have to say that I was really impressed with the quality of the car, the price was really reasonable, and Pete & Jonathan were really engaging, supportive and helpful, without being pushy at all. Love our new car & loved dealing with the Lennock team.

this was the first time i went looking for my first car, and Annie made the entire experience worthwhile. she was ‘phenomenal’ as i kept repeating to her- and she honestly made me and my mum so so comfortable. first walking in she hopped straight on the computer and made sure she fit our exact and very needy requirements. i will remember this for the rest of my life and i am so unbelievably grateful to Annie, for making me feel so lucky. i understand the car dealing occupation is mainly male dominated, but with Annie, i really feel she’s excelled in her career and i wish her all the best. thank you so much annie, truly. hayley, a very lucky 16y/o girl.
Amazing service especially from Billy. I went in not knowing what I was looking for, mostly just browsing my options but with the help of Billy, I found the car I was after. He is very knowledgeable and made the process whole process smooth and stress free. I went to other dealerships before going to Lennock Phillip and experienced the usual hostile attitude from staff, marking up prices and feeling pressured to buy a certain car they are selling. Never got that from the Billy, he was honest and realistic when showing me my options and was never afraid to tell me if a car had problems. It’s been months since I’ve purchased my car and no issues, I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Annie from Lennock is absolutely amazing, sold me a sliver 2017 GT mustang. Great car, wonderful customer experience, excellent service. Annie, Vickie, Petar and the team from Lennocks used cars in Phillip definitely set the standard for car dealerships in Canberra. Thank you again.
I purchased my car through Annie in June this year. Annie was amazing and her bubbly and warm personality made me feel comfortable right from the start. I had a smooth transaction with the whole team including assisting with sorting out my insurance and roadworthy inspection checks before driving away from the dealership. I’ll definitely be purchasing my next car from Lennock and have already given Annie the heads up of what I’m looking for and when. I’d highly recommend the whole team at Lennock.
After earlier test driving a lovely Mercedes the week prior, I returned where I was greeted by Annie from sales. I found Annie to be very friendly and courteous! She accommodated my requirements and followed up with the sales manager where required, doing her best to ensure I received A class service. I felt like a valued customer from acceptance though to delivery! I highly recommend if looking for a personal touch and value added deal, to ask for Annie! Maxine the associated business manager was a pleasure to be served by also. Her professionalism and commitment was commendable! I was considering insurance and extended warranty where she not only walked me through the process but provided variations and alternatives following up with me at various intervals. Her warm and friendly nature left me smiling. I highly recommend Lennock if looking for great service and deals! A no brainer 5 star review!!
Five stars all the way go to Jamie for helping me buy my new wheels. Jamie walked me through every step and made the whole buying and selling process easy. Traded my vehicle so was able to drive in with the old and drive out with the new! Jamie worked hard to do this within 3 days. Bloody legend. The new car was immaculate, at the first service the mechanic said it was in perfect condition cant ask for more than that with a used car. I usually never buy used cars but the quality of used vehicles at Lennock Woden is very impressive. I remember buying my new convertible next door at Lennock new cars over 20years ago, how wonderful they are "still standing" and still providing excellent end to end customer service. Very happy to recommend :
Great service very quick even looked for the right car for me after hours contacting me . Found a car 1 day and drove out 2 days later . When other dealers took weeks to even come up with a deal and contract. Love the car and service was second to none !!
