Not related to sales - service department only. Engine failure on 2.8 yo vehicle. Serviced by Lennock 4 weeks before failure. Not linked to failure at this time- Lennock will not advise reason after 4 weeks with vehicle. Service department has been misleading with information since service induction. (3 weeks today.) One weeks ago - message is new engine approved by Hyundai. Today advised that it's a rebuild and time for engine delivery from Korea is "oops, communication issue". Beware of Lennock.

Car sales is always tricky! But it really helps if you get good service, treated with respect and have a helpful salesperson (amazing how many places ignored me!) These guys were great. I enjoyed dealing with them and hopefully any follow up car service is just as pleasant.

Good start to the experience with a prompt phone call to my enquiry. Shithouse service since trying to organise finance.

Lachie and the team were great. Reasonable on negotiation and willing to sell after ensuring any minor repairs were looked after. Highly recommended!
