Today I picked up my VW Convertible from Lennock Motors Phillip and what a wonderful experience it was. The customer service I received from Lachlan, Sami and Vicky was excellent. Lachlan and Sami went above and beyond, keeping me informed every step of the way, no question was too silly and i always felt listened to and my needs were their top priority. Sami worked so hard for me and should be commened on his professionalism but kind friendly manner. Vicky listened to me, explained everything in detail and was very friendly and warm. Lachlan showed me how all the features worked in the car, where they were, he even helped me program my phone into the bluetooth, he is a superstar and a warm friendly and fantastic salesman, never once did i feel pressured or that i wasnt a priority. There was even a full tank of petrol and the car was beautifully presented when i collected it. Thank you Lennock team, you have one happy lady customer here, ill be back for my services thats for sure. Thank you for making the second biggest purchase most people make a quick, easy and an extremely happy and friendly one, i really can't thank you enough. Lauren

On the whole, an all star team extending into numerous dealerships. Outstanding customer service and a great group of true professionals ready to go the extra mile. Having had the pleasure of doing business with them on a number of occasion, I can not recommend them highly enough.
