Went to enquire about a car today. Saul was quite friendly and nice (even offered me coffee), but the business/finance manager didn't seem very keen; when I asked if they could print out the repayment amounts he replied it's easy to remember in the head. Didn't even ask what repayments I was comfortable with, down payments if any, basically left it to me go figure. Didn't even try to convince me why I need to buy an Audi and how I can. Of course my intention was to take it home and compare with my other offers, but you don't expect to take notes at an Audi showroom, do you? Surely you expect them to offer everything they can to make your experience that much better.

Perhaps he was in the mood for Christmas holidays, so I might give another try next year.

I have bought a Q7 through these guys, wish the salesmen wouldn't have talked me out of the one feature I really wanted and am constantly bothered by, but I have spoken with the Melissa who is mentioned negatively and I found her delightful. Its a lovely place, lovely cars, just stick with what you want and you will be happy.

I have bought two Audis from Audi Centre Canberra within two years. Excellent customer service from both sales and service team. Top dealership in Canberra.

Four visits to Audi Canberra for new car warranty work and no results each and every time. Going to independent mechanic now. Sick to death of the denial game played to avoid warranty work. They don't bother inspecting or investigating issues, they just waste your time. They don't realise it's half your day wasted just getting to and from their dealership. They top it off by incredibly rude and abrasive customer service. Not to mention thrashing your car in reverse, not stopping and just slamming it in drive. Having owned new cars every 1-2 years and then coming across Audi, this is just shocking to say the least! I will now get a professional to diagnose problems (at my expense) and book it in with another Audi dealer interstate for quick turnaround warranty fixes. Good luck Audi Canberra with your business model!
