Luciana is the most caring pharmacist I have ever come across! She is always willing to go above and beyond and takes the time to address any issues I have had. Every time I visit, she checks in on my health and wellbeing. The staff are so friendly, and sometimes I may have to wait to be looked after but I understand that they are giving everyone else the same level of care, so I'm always happy to wait.
I have only had positive experiences with the pharmacy they are very helpful and always deliver the staff are great

Rude staff, terrible service on more than a number of occasions. I would suggest going to any chemist in Launceston apart from this one!
I popped into Terry White Launceston having read the negative Google reviews because it was the closest to our hotel. My experience was only positive. The pharmacist was super friendly and helpful. I kept apologising as I couldn’t make up my mind on which medication I wanted and the pharmacist was very accommodating and answered all my questions. She said “if you don’t ask the questions you don’t know!” which is spot on! I would highly recommend this pharmacy and wouldn’t hesitate to return if I’m in the area again.
Excellent service as a compounding pharmacy for a prescription not able to be purchased elsewhere. Willing to accept prescription by email providing hard copy would be submitted on collection and told me how many days it would take due to current high demand and was ready on time. Thank you and well done.

Incredibly knowledgable and friendly staff, unparalleled service and convenient opening hours. In my mind, easily the best pharmacy in Launceston. I have never experienced a more knowledgeable and caring pharmacist than Luciana at City Capital. I have been using her services for well over 20 years and find her knowledge and care goes way beyond what you would expect. She takes her time to thoroughly explain everything and always goes that extra mile. I continue to return because of the service, personal care and ease in which everything is done, along with the competitive pricing and confidence that they really do have my best interests at heart.
The best holistic care I have ever experienced in a pharmacy. The customer is much more than a way to run a financially successful business. Luchiana invests in people first. I am sure the other staff are equally as dedicated to quality customer service. Very rare in today’s marketplace.
Always get scripts filled at mowbray capital chemist. Somac usually between $10-12 chemist warehouse $8. City capital chemist tried to charge $20.50 excuse me I enquired smug little pharmacist said if you don’t ask you won’t receive like he was doing me a favor for giving it to me at PBS rates. Not the first customer to complain going by similar reviews posted.
