Nicely staffed at the checkout but hopelessly under in the dispensary.nThe shop needs a layout change to help the pharmacists. Supplements are a major source of income but 30 minutes wait for prescriptions dropped in 8 hours before is a joke.

The slowest prescription dispense ever. Twice I've been in now and have waited 30 +minutes for a script. The male pharmacist is rude and makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. They also charge double the price for my script than a smaller chemist in Kings Meadows.

Update: had email and phone call from chemist warehouse replied to email but have since found chemist warehouse in Sandy Bay to be helpful and have sourced stock from them.nnWe noticed that chemist warehouse racecourse Launceston had stock of the rosehip vital k9 500g so while near Launceston for work I asked my wife to call the store and have one put aside. Firstly my wife was put on hold for a while and seemingly forgotten about so she rang back and  and asked the customer service person if they could check stock and put one aside. I  took a detour on my way back home to Hobart to go pick up the product and waited in line for 5 minutes only to be told by the lady chloe that Amanda had checked and we didn't actually have any and no store has any. Then she goes oh sorry about that.....very very poor service chemist warehouse you should be teaching your staff to actually check the shelf. I would shop for scripts elsewhere. Dropped my script for 1 type of medicine and was told to wait for 30 minutes. Waited for almost 1 hour and was told they are out of stock. The staff are nice but their management system is a mess. I walked into Terry or Priceline and got my answer/drug availability right away.

Nowhere to park when you finally get in there they say they are closed and won't do fragrances now. Its flipping xmas. We work all day no time to shop and are met with one of the rudest shop women i have had the misfortune to come across. Never again will I go there.
