My wife arrived with a script from a doctor written that morning only to be asked a large number of INVASIVE MEDICAL QUESTIONS by the pharmacist, who I add has taken NO HIPPOCRATIC OATH, and be lectured that the prescription was wrong. The pharmacist wanted to substitute her prescription for a drug that could literally have killed her because she's allergic to it, which he had no idea of because HE'S NOT A DOCTOR AND HAS NO BUSINESS ACTING LIKE ONE OR ATTEMPTING TO OVERRULE A DOCTOR'S PRESCRIPTION!!!nHe then insisted on providing my wife drugs to be used in case of an overdose, as if she were some sort of a junkie!!!nSTOP ENDANGERING PEOPLE BY PRETENDING TO BE DOCTORS!!!

I went here for a stat dec sign and the experience was extremely disappointing. They asked us to wait 20 minutes, which we were happy to do. But even after 45 minutes, nobody bothered to respond. Instead, they asked us for another 5 minutes, which dragged into another 15 minutes. This is completely disrespectful of people’s time.nnIf they had simply told us they were busy, we would have gladly come back the next day. But the way they handled it was unprofessional and rude. Such behaviour is unacceptable. If I could, I would give them a minus rating.

Walked to the chemist after experiencing an asthmatic chemical reaction around 4.30pm on Monday 2nd February and asked for a ventolin… I’m on a preventive prescription so wasn’t expecting this occurrence. Was told by the chemist to get a prescription, I said to him I need it now urgently, I’m a 52 yr old person trying to deal with my illness in some urgency without needing to call an ambulance. Male Indian 30 something treating me like I don’t know what I’m doing… pls educate him to be a bit more respectful. I got my Ventolin after my insistence  but I shouldn’t have to beg for help… how about a little bit of “ are you ok or how can I help you”

I was charged for something I didn’t even purchase and they when I call them in store they said we won’t be doing any refund if I don’t go to store in person.nI live in South Launceston.nFor their bad service I have to drive 15 minutes just to take my refund back which was paid by card.nI was there was negative rating on Google.
