Wait wait wait that’s what you’re in for .nMedicine being dispatched has to wait until dispensing chemist has to chat to the customers for 10 minutes creating long queues.nI watched as more than 5 customers endured long commentary  by the lady chemist .nPeople are waiting please keep it to a minimum if you don’t mind.nTerrible time to wait .

This is by far the best Chemist Warehouse in Launceston. I've been to the Racecourse and the Wellington St stores in the past, and the customer service there was repeatedly truly awful. The staff there could not have cared less about the customer experience, it was entirely rigid and all about store policies. So you can imagine how delightful it was to try the Charles St store and have people asking if they could help me, and then actually helping me! The staff here are genuine and friendly, and go out of their way to provide good old fashioned customer service. Well done, team! This is the only Chemist Warehouse I'll be going to from now on!

Post Surgery is always a vulnerable time, and I was helped by these professionals in an efficient and thoughtful way. Active waitstaff and clear directions completed this positive experience.

Always great prices - absolute bargains on everything from baby formula to men's perfume. Can't do better than Chemist Warehouse.

I had a little trouble finding the prescription counter as it's moved since my last visit here. All in all the service was friendly and courteous and quicker than the time frame I was given. It's a big store with an overwhelming amount of product but it's pretty busy and untidy, and like most chemist warehouse stores, there is too much bold signage, making it very overwhelming when trying to find things.
