Dissatisfaction of the service of the staff and how the manager dealt with me when they "lost" a limited edition fragrance that I had reserved the week before and telling me I couldn't have another one that had been left aside on hold. The manager wouldn't tell me her name and told me to get out. Extremely poor handling of the situation. I would urge you to not put anything on hold here or even better go to a different chemist warehouse
