Service is often slow here but today we stood waiting for over 10 minutes at the prescription counter and were completely ignored. No other customers in the store and no staff to be seen. Pharmacist eventually came out, but did not acknowledge us. We heard other staff chatting and laughing in a room behind the counter but they did not bother to come out and serve us. We walked out and won’t return.
Great pharmacy lovely and friendly staff. Always approached with a smile by anyone who serves me. Very fast service!! Will definitely keep coming back for next time and will recommend this pharmacy for others.
Only person in the store. As of writing this it’s been 20 minutes and still waiting for a singular script to be filled. I understand if it’s busy but 5 employees, one customer and I cant get service? Do better
