I love this pharmacy!nI receive the best customer service every time. In particular a lovely lady HannahnI think her name is, long dark hair & glasses.nShe is very helpful and supportive of my needs nothing ever seems to hard for her.nHannah is a great asset to your pharmacy.
Was served by Caleb, and he was so helpful with everything I needed, very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I was asking aswell. I have used this chemist for years and always have good experiences, but Caleb was exceptional
On Sunday the 17th of November 2024 I went to get some scripts filled.nWhile I was there the pharmacist that was on was so slow and was blaming the pharmacy assistants for things that were not even their faults. I had to interrupt the pharmacist while she was going off at both ladies I felt really uncomfortable and my wait was 45 minutes because of this pharmacist. Ladies you did a great job even suggesting solutions and the pharmacist was to rude to even take on board your suggestions I wasn't happy I as a customer shouldn't have to yell at the pharmacist to shut up and just do her work!
Great pharmacy lovely and friendly staff. Always approached with a smile by anyone who serves me. Very fast service!! Will definitely keep coming back for next time and will recommend this pharmacy for others.
Service is often slow here but today we stood waiting for over 10 minutes at the prescription counter and were completely ignored. No other customers in the store and no staff to be seen. Pharmacist eventually came out, but did not acknowledge us. We heard other staff chatting and laughing in a room behind the counter but they did not bother to come out and serve us. We walked out and won’t return.
