Does anyone feel like the size of donuts is smaller than before.....?nnUsed to love coming here but considering the price, the size and the flavor ... there are other better donut options out therennThe size is definitely smaller than Dunkin' Donuts...nnBut its a donut so i still eat it anyway nJust upset that the company cut down the cost to make more money!

Visited today with our kids. Loved seeing the process of the donuts being made!nWe tried 4 flavours, they were all delicious. The staff were friendly. Premises was clean and tidy.nWe especially loved the Krispy Kreme hats that you can wear and keep!

On Valentine’s Day this year, my husband was given a surprise as he didn’t know where to go and what to do after work.nnI asked him to follow Google Map directions and finally he was asked to stop at Krispy Kreme Donuts at Manakau on 14/2/2024.nnOnce we walked into the shop, the beautiful and romantic decorations impressed both of us. Then he realised that he was going to decorate his own donuts with lovely sets of chocolate sprinkles and icing sugar.nnSuch surprise really lightened up his day as he had a long tiring working day for him yesterday. He enjoyed the decoration of his two donuts and vacuumed clean them within 3 minutes.nnThe lady staff there was very helpful and friendly and she took a few photos of us and other customers as well.nnThe cost for both of us is only NZD22.nnWe highly recommend you to join this wonderful event on Valentine’s Day next year!

Last night I ordered on Uber 4 lemon filled donuts and an iced coffee. I received 2 lemon filled and 2 glazed donuts. I immediately messaged the error. Today I was told the order was correct and I wouldn't get a refund. DESPITE my ordernscreenshot and going into the app and seeing clearly that I ordered 4 lemon filled. I even tried to find a pak of 2 lemon andchoice of another 2 but couldnt find such a thing on the app when i ordered. Im disgusted by their dishonesty. I sent them a screenshot of the 4 donuts in my complaint yesterday but am unable to find it. So I've sent a pic of the one glazed left in the box. I'm very unlikely to order from them again. Everyone makes mistakes- own it!  though i find it astounding how such a simple order can be done wrongWe usually get our donuts here-345 Chapel Rd, FlatBush, NZ Bakery Donuts Guys, BEST DONUTS anywhere!!! Amazingly good!!!The softest donuts, unbelievablely good! Cheaper too! You have to try it.  and yes, they have my favorite lemon filled. I highly recommend the cinnamon roll too!  I get a sandwich almost every day there for lunch. They are getting quite a reputation. They have coffee and bubble tea as well.

Great service, interior decor is fantastic, just an awesome place to visit with consistent product quality. Highly recommended! Not often I say this about a fast food restaurant!nnDoughnuts are greatly appealing both in aesthetics and taste and the coffee has been supremely sublime on each visit. Worth supporting this new brand to New Zealand.nnGreat diversity in its staffing too with a healthy mix of ethnicities which shows an unbiased staffing recruitment attitude. Rare to see.
