We seldom visit this store. But after visiting last weekend I am going to change. There is a turnaround on this. It is much cleaner and tidier. The variety is great. It was very busy over the weekend as expected.nStaff were working like crazy. Despite that it was a good feeling to be shopping there.nHuge parking lot but may struggle to find parking on a weekend.nThe petrol pumps are another add on but most of them are generally broken. They need some maintenance.
PAK'nSAVE Manukau is conveniently located in this neighborhood, perfectly serving patrons' grocery needs.nnWe visited close to closing time and still managed to get fresh items like bread and more.nnThey even have Dr. Manuka honey available!
Also commenting on the Pak n save fuel pumps:nManagement, it would help placing a permanent waste paper basket at each of the fuel pumps so that the fuel vouchers can be dumped into those and not crushed and littered on the fuel pumps. I have see this always and apparantly no proactive remedy is taken to curb this. Obviously you would not need to then send your sales staff to clear up the field pumps of litter .this is only a constructive critique for the welfare of everyone, so no offence meant whatsoever
As a regular customer since 2020, I have always enjoyed shopping at Pak'nSave Manukau due to the courteous and helpful nature of the staff. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and upset.nnLast Sunday morning, While attempting to purchase some meat and alcohol for a party, I encountered an issue in the beer section. One of the beer cartons was stuck due to another brand's carton obstructing it. To resolve this, I moved the obstructing carton to another place but still couldn't free the stuck carton. As I was about to seek assistance, a staff started shouting at me to arrange the shelves properly. He spoke to me in a manner that felt like he was reprimanding a child, which was both embarrassing and humiliating, especially since other customers could hear the exchange.nnI explained to him that I needed help because the carton was stuck. However, he continued to address me in a condescending manner, stating that they were organizing the shelves and that I should ask for help if needed but must rearrange any disturbed items.nnThis experience ruined my entire day. While I greatly respect the hard work of your staff, I find it unacceptable to be publicly criticized without understanding the situation. This incident has not only affected my mood but has also tarnished my perception of the store.nnI hope management team will address this matter to ensure that no other customer has to endure such an unpleasant experience in the future.
One of the best pack n save in the region!. Plenty of parking, grat deals ànd much more. Best for an economical family purchase.
