Store has a different layout to other Pak’nSave stores, but it seems to work. Prices are noticeably higher than other pak n save locations.nJudging by the trolleys scattered across the carpark, the trolley boy clearly had the day off.
We seldom visit this store. But after visiting last weekend I am going to change. There is a turnaround on this. It is much cleaner and tidier. The variety is great. It was very busy over the weekend as expected.nStaff were working like crazy. Despite that it was a good feeling to be shopping there.nHuge parking lot but may struggle to find parking on a weekend.nThe petrol pumps are another add on but most of them are generally broken. They need some maintenance.
This store used to be our favourite place to shop, but over the past months it has been disappointing to see how consistently poorly stocked it is. We completely understand that items can occasionally be out of stock, but at this store it has become a weekly issue.nWe have tried shopping on different days and at different times, yet we almost always return home with only half of our shopping and have to go elsewhere to buy the remaining items. Recently, there were no carrots, avocados, pumpkin, almonds, or chia seeds in the produce section. The meat section had no chicken or fish, and even basic items like our usual yoghurt brand were unavailable. Overall, the shelves felt disorganised and messy.nUnfortunately, the staff were not very helpful either. It’s a real shame that despite living in Manukau, we now have to shop elsewhere. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and improves stock availability and customer service
Very limited range and availability. It appears tired and in-need of better management in many areas of the store. The frozen goods and fresh produce area is shocking in terms of stock fill. Prices are not competitive. They have lots to learn from nearby Pak n Save stores in the area.
It’s a medium sized branch. I found its price was not competitive at all. Something it lacks: basket for shoppers, sanitation wet wipes at the entry for trolley handles and seafood counter.
