Trust the average score here. I went in early and sure the service wasn't bad but if I was in a rush I would certainly be upset at how long they took to make one coffee. No good food from the counter either. Personally I wouldn't go back, and probably wouldn't go to another coffee club again if they are all like that. Just my opinion though.

Worst customer service ever. Waited for our coffee for over 15mins, others were being served before us. One staff member literally screamed and was aggresive towards me. Created a scene in front of the whole cafe and the Asian Manager did nothing, even smiled to the staff member that was aggresive. Then I was the one that got told "no fighting here" when she started it in the first place swearing and pointing plus threaten me but the manager put her first before his customer that was giving business. Will never ever come back to the place ever again. I will surely file a complain to the Manager and staff member. She embarrased, harassed and humiliated me for no reason.

Literally the worst service ever. Waited over 15 minutes for a single coffee. Awful staff. Don't ever come here

Forgot one of our hot drinks. Was told the herble tea was berry infused but it was fennel seed. The coffee was horrible and the service was a let down.
