Would give it a negative rating if I could. Had came by looking to purchase some Christmas presents for my partner and I did not feel welcomed at all, customer service was really rude and made me feel very uncomfortable from one of the workers Richelle I think was her name - had kept following me like I was intending to steal. Do not recommend shopping here if she's on.
Have always liked Pagani and their variety of styles. The service is really good now. Definitely my go-to place for just-the-right outfit. Reasonably priced
God I haven't been out shopping in ages, and I've piled on the beef but I found something nice to wear out to dinner... The girls at the counter were busy but efficient
Really disappointed with their customer service, there was 1 girl in particular that seemed to have a really bad attitude that wears glasses. Would not recommend to go here.
The best sales people I have ever seen. There was a wonderful kiwi lady there who really helped me shopping and Madison at changing rooms was good too. I really forgot the name of that lady there. I went to buy one thing and ended up buying 4 to 5 dresses. Wonderful team !

Sales girl Meddicine had a bad attitude. Went to Manukau branch at 8:40pm. Quickly picked up one dress n just wanted to try it. She stopped me saying if you wanna try this dress Come tomorrow. Like seriously , I had function to attend next day. Her colleague was vacuuming the area. She was literally 3 changing rooms away. I requested that I ll be done even before she comes to my changing room. She Said there is no way I can even get 30 seconds to change. She needs some good training. Please note one other lady had few dresses and she was trying without any issue. Felt like she was judging that I might not be able to afford the dress as I was not in fancy dress or I had brown skin
Customer service is alright but the store doesn't have a refund policy just exchanges and if you can't find products to the exact price then you lose your money. So becareful we lost about $80 todays.
Three young ladies assisted my friend's grand daughter with styles to suit. An evening gown and jacket were purchased. First rate service and a lovely range of clothing for mainly the younger set.
Love their customer service, but the Only issue I find they stock way too much so there is a limited space so it’s liteRally claustrophobia for me . Love going there regardless
