My local bookstore and I love it, although their stationary is a bit pricey for me they always have great sales! Which I appreciate. However the recent two books I have purchased seem to have defects which is a shame.

Staff are extremely helpful and courteous and the range of goods is fantastic, especially at this time of year when you are looking for gifts.

It's a small store situated inside Royal Oak Shopping Mall but very well stocked. Not as well stocked as other bigger franchises but staff are friendly and very helpful.

Went to royal oak whitcolls this afternoon to buy a book after seeing it on the online website and felt very uncomfortable as the shopping assistant blatantly starred at me and followed me around the store. I smiled at her to be friendly no smile back or friendly greeting from her not sure if she does this to everyone but it’s not very good customer service.
