Stopped by for dinner before a movie.
Didn't have to wait long after entering before I was able to get a table. The bar is on one side while the dining area is on the other.
After getting menus I ordered a starter and a main. The starter came out first and once that was finished I got the mains.
The calamari was nice and crispy but thought it was a bit too salty. The ribs were ok. The ribs tasted mostly of the sauce so the coleslaw and wedges that came with it made the meal more enjoyable to give different textures and flavours. Portions for both were decent.
 I wasn't too rushed with the meal even though I had a movie to go to. The waitresses were friendly and made the meal more enjoyable.

The reason why I scored one star is because of the aittude of the bar staf fella. Now when a customer asks you what drink do you recommend is your best ; you do not reply in a cocky voice “all of them because I made the menu” . Well thats a nice achievement but will be nice to humble yourself as it may well be all the drinks are the best but we are looking for what you would drink over the other.

Great Ambience and super friendly staff.. good collection of wines and hard liquor.. great choice for different beers (unfortunately no sugar free beer served)

Came here for some peace and quiet from the mall. Good coffee and food. I have an entree size which you can see is huge

Bad service! Waited 1hr & 30 mins for our meal. It took an hour before the waitress actually came to us and advise us that she forgot to place our order into the system. FORGOT! We finally got our meal near 2 hours later. My aunty told waitress that why we didnt get service since we been trying to get her attention as we needed to take away our food. She rolled her eyes like " I dont give a f**k".  Sorry but its going to be a bad reputation for Republic... The place needs better staff and management.
